Australian researchers at UNSW have discovered that yawning isn't just about being tired — it creates a unique flow of cerebrospinal fluid away from the brain and increases blood flow by 30%! This may help clear toxins and regulate brain temperature. The study also found that each person has their own unique "yawning style" that's hardwired, not learned. So go ahead and yawn — your brain might be thanking you! 🧠
